Atoa doesn't handle money as part of any transactions but facilitates payments to be made directly between Merchants and Customers.
Therefore, if there is any dispute regarding a transaction that has taken place, it should be dealt with by the relevant Merchant in the first instance. If you are unable to resolve your dispute with the Merchant, we would recommend you get in touch with your bank to see if they are able to assist you.
If you believe that a Merchant has breached the Terms of Service with us, you can let us know the full details of your concern, although please note that we may not be in a position to adjudicate on disagreements between you and a Merchant. Email us on Hello@paywithatoa.co.uk.
