To pay using Atoa, the customer needs a mobile phone with a banking app registered on it. Atoa payments are automatically opened in the smartphone browser.
After a customer pays with Atoa, they will automatically receive an e-receipt in their browser, which they can download and save.
Customers don't need the Atoa Pay app to make a payment. However, if your customer already has the Atoa Pay app on their smartphone, they can pay using their linked bank details. After each payment, they will also receive a digital scratchcard to win between £0 and £5 in cashback. Atoa Pay also gives customers the chance to earn cashback rewards when they complete challenges.
If the customer forgets their phone, an alternative payment method should be offered to them.
