Can I manage multiple businesses or locations from one Atoa account?

Yes. You can add and manage multiple business locations under one Atoa account. Each location operates independently with its own QR codes, payment links, and assigned staff, while you keep full visibility across all sites from your dashboard.

Where can I see all my locations and their details?

You can view all your locations in two ways.

Option 1: Go to Settings and select the Manage Locations tab. All your locations and their details will be listed here.

Option 2: Use the location drop-down menu at the top of your dashboard, select the location you want to view, and click Manage.

Can I assign different staff to different locations?

Yes. When adding or editing a team member, you can assign them to one or more specific locations.

This means your staff only see and manage payments relevant to their site.

Can I view payments separately for each location?

Yes. Go to the Payments tab and use the location drop-down menu at the top to switch between sites. As you change the selection, the transactions shown will update to reflect that specific location.

What if I want to remove a location?
