How do I verify my business account?

To gain full access, you will need to verify your account using the Atoa Business app.

You need to provide:

  • Photo ID (passport, UK driver's licence)

  • Proof of Business Address (utility bill, bank statement, phone bill, council tax bill, or tax document)

  • Selfie of yourself (to match the photo ID)

We may require additional documentation or context to verify your business. Please look out for an email from onboarding@paywithatoa.co.uk or a call from our Care Team, who will explain what additional information is required.

When verifying your business, please read the instructions carefully to submit the correct documents in a format we can accept. All documents need to be original and fully visible, showing all four corners. Atoa may request additional documentation for account verification purposes. We perform KYC and AML checks on every business that registers to keep our platform secure and compliant.
