Why have we updated our terms?
We last updated them back in 2023. Now, Atoa has become an Authorised Payment Institution, which means we need to update our Terms of Service to reflect our new regulatory status and recent legal changes.
We've simplified our Privacy Policy into a single, clearer document and introducing a new Cookie Policy to give you more transparency around how we use cookies to improve your user experience.
Do I need to do anything?
Company Admin users for Atoa will need to accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy in order to continue using our service from June 18, 2025 onwards.
Continued use beyond that date will act as acceptance of these new terms.
