Yes! The business owner can make a refund on any payment.
To refund a customer, simply find the particular payment on the transaction page of the Atoa, select "Refund" at the bottom of the screen and input the Customer's Bank Account Number and Sort Code. The business owner then initiates a refund using Atoa's standard payment flow.
You can do partial and full amount refunds.
We don't charge for refunds and the customer will typically receive the funds back within seconds.
