How to start collecting tips on Atoa
If you're ready to get a little extra with every payment, follow this simple three-step process to start collecting tips.
Step 1: Switch tips on
Open your Atoa app and tap 'Tips' on the homepage.
Slide the 'Allow Tips' toggle on, then tap 'Enable'. It's that easy!
Step 2: Set tip preferences
Looking for suggested tip amounts? Use 'Quick Tips'. You can customise the values.
Do you prefer customers to choose how much they leave? Toggle on 'Allow Custom Tip'.
Don't forget to press the "Save Changes" button when you're done.
Step 3: Check your tip history
Under 'Tips' on the homepage, see your daily total.
Tap the arrow to view tips for each payment.
