  • Your Business Name

  • Your Terminal Serial Number (10-digit "S/N" code on the back of the device)

  • A description of the error (what you expected vs. what actually happened)

  • How long the issue has been occurring

  • Your phone number (so we can call you if needed)

4. Remote Assistance

Our systems allow us to remotely check and diagnose your terminal. Your PAX A920 Pro has a 12-month limited warranty (which excludes loss and accidental damage).
