What is the Google Reviews feature?
Atoa asks customers to leave a review after they pay, securing more 5-star reviews for your business so it appears higher in search and attracts new customers. We’ll hold low ratings back and show them in your dashboard, so you can respond to customers privately.
Do I need to pay extra for this feature?
The Google Reviews feature is exclusive to Growth and Advanced Add-ons users.
Once you upgrade from the Basic plan, Atoa will ask customers to leave a rating out of 5 and some feedback after they pay. 4 and 5-star reviews are automatically published on your connected Google Business Profile. Any feedback rated 3 stars or under stays private so you can address it directly for a better outcome or solution.
How soon do 4 and 5-star reviews show on my Google profile?
Positive reviews collected on Atoa are usually posted on your Google Business Profile within 1 to 2 days.
Can I turn Google Reviews off?
You can switch the Google Reviews feature off whenever you like. Our monthly Growth and Advanced Add-ons can also be cancelled anytime.
