What happens if there is a dispute with my transaction?
Atoa helps connect customers with the store for payments, but we don't actually touch the money.
So, if you have an issue with something you bought, your first stop is talking to the store directly. If you are unable
to resolve your dispute with the business owner, your bank might be able to step in.

full details of your issue. Although, please note that we may not be in a position to resolve any disagreements between
you and a business.
